Water Bills
Water is billed quarterly. You will receive bills at the beginning of January, April, July, and November. The minimum payment is $68.90 for 5,000 gallons. Anything over 5,000 gallons is billed at $1.95 per 1,000 gallons. There is also a capital fee of $81.00 for water improvements made.
Building Permits
Permits are required in the Village. If you are unsure whether a permit is required for a potential project, please call the Village Office before starting your project. The building inspector’s hours are 10 am to 12 pm on Wednesdays. There is no charge for building permits.
Garbage Pickup
Our pick up is on Friday mornings. Garbage must be out by 7 o’clock am. Garbage must be bagged in Village bags that can be purchased for $2.25/bag from the Sinclairville Superette. Please have your bags out in closed containers to stop our local wildlife from picking through your garbage
Village Board Meetings
Regular Village Board Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month at 7 pm in the Village office.
Taxes
Town and County taxes are sent out in the beginning of January. Village taxes are sent out the beginning of June and School taxes are sent out the beginning of September.
Park & Minkler’s Commons Reservation
The Village Park & Minkler’s Commons can be reserved for all of your gathering needs. For more information contact the Village Clerk.
